1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.focuse.co

The store offers digital products in the form of downloadable files (habit trackers).

2. Order Processing

  • The customer places an order by adding a product to the cart and completing the payment.
  • Providing a valid email address and completing payment via available payment providers are required to receive the product.
  • Digital products are delivered automatically (as a download link or file) to the email address provided in the order, immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are gross prices (if applicable).
  • Payments are processed via external payment systems (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
  • The seller does not store customers’ payment card details or online banking credentials.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract once the download begins or access to the digital content is granted.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the delivery of digital content before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right to a refund.

If the file is damaged or incorrect, the customer has the right to submit a complaint via email.

5. Intellectual Property & License

  • All products available in the store are protected by copyright law.
  • Purchasing a product grants the customer a personal, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • Resale, copying, public sharing, or distribution of purchased files to third parties without the explicit consent of the website owner is strictly prohibited.

6. Complaints

In case of technical issues related to downloading the file, the customer is requested to contact us at: focuse.contact@gmail.com

The seller commits to reviewing complaints within 14 business days.

7. Changes to the Terms

The seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions. Orders placed before any changes are subject to the version of the terms valid on the date of purchase.
